Also known as minutina or buck's-horn plantain. Plantago coronopus is a frost tolerant narrow leaf vegetable native to Eurasia and North Africa. Leaves are tender yet slightly crispy, and have a mild flavor. Best harvested young. Great in salads. Prefers cool weather.
