Also known as 'Pimenta biquinho' or 'little bird pepper', 'Red Biquinho' is an open pollinated Brazilian variety that produces large amounts bright red, tapered, one inch long peppers. With mild to medium heat, intense taste, and a fruity sweetness, they're a great way to add some serious flavor without adding too much heat. 500-5,000 Scoville heat units (SHU).
